Exercise Class News

Our chair-based exercise class is moving back to a Tuesday morning from the 5th September. The class takes place at Headingley Parish Hall from 10.45-11.45am. If you’d like to drop in and watch a class before you join, feel free or give us a call for more details. It’s a great way to stay healthy and we always finish with a cuppa and a chat, so it’s a good way to meet more local people too.
Transport’s available if you need help getting there.
