    Lee Ingham

    CEO

    Lee Ingham is the CEO and splits his time between OWLS and Bramley Elderly Action. He is very passionate about supporting older people. Lee lives in Headingley and is a big cricket follower. He also volunteers at the Buy Nowt LS6 Library of Things.

  • Sally Hardiman-Douglas

    Business Development Manager

    Sally has been a part of our team since 2021 and works across both OWLS and BEA. Her main roles include marketing and developing our organisation, fundraising and supporting colleagues with their training and development. Sally is a busy mum of four, who loves reading, listening to music and having a swim at Bramley Baths.

  • Mandy Moran

    Membership Support Worker

    Mandy has been part of the OWLs team since October 2022. She works across OWLs and Bramley Elderly Action as a Membership Support Worker, primarily organising and delivering the memory support groups alongside supporting members to book on to activities and trips and access community services. Open Door is run on the last Monday of each month and is open to anyone with memory issues and their carers 2PM - 3:30PM. CST (Cognitive Stimulation Therapy) is every Monday with the exception of the last Monday of the month from 2PM -3:30 and suitable for people with mild to moderate memory issues.

    Membership Recruitment Worker

    Jenny has been a part of our team since 2016. Her main roles include promoting our services in the local community, joining new members and engaging them in OWLS activities. Jenny works for OWLS four days a week and in her spare time can often be found climbing and is a trained Yoga teacher.
